looks good man, F13 the pose is off the arms are breaking, need to flow in an arc an the hands follow behind and on the ladn the arms are movin in the right direction but stop need to keep flowin when he get up need to use the hips an settle more ever so slightly keep him alive.

when the arms wobble at the end the hands look to be perfectly downwards, rotate the hands forward when they wobble forward... etc.

just my 2 cents.
