hi, just wondering, does anyone know of a way to rebuild nurbs surfaces in maya so that the overall shape of the object is maintained, but detail and smoothness is optimised automatically?
i mean, instead of trying to guess the optimal number of spans to rebuild to, can maya do this automatically, but not alter the overall form?
