i notice thats theres a pause everytime it goes to frame 1
is there a way in AE to make it loop without a pause?

Are the first and last frames identical?
If so there will be a 2 frame pause when it loops. Delete that last frame.
You probably know, but you can set the footage to loop from the Project Window. Select the footage in the project window, right-click, Interpret footage>Main, then set the number of loops near the bottom of the dialogue box that appears.

Thanks! does deleting the last frame applies to all format? i mean ntsc or pal?

deleting the last frame helps only when the last and the first frame are the same (identical).

Imagine that you have a 5 frame loop but frame 1 and 5 are the same, essentially you're going to have two frame 1's. So the sequence would look like this: 12341
If you loop it you'll get this: 123411234112341123411234112341
Notice that there's two 1's together...that's why you're getting a pause, because that frame is on screen for twice as long as the others. So you'd drop either the first or last frame which would look like this: 12341234123412341234
