Yep it's temporary ... the hair will be modeled in the final scene, the map was just to see if my 3D model go in the same way as the reel person.
The specular is to see the volume, it's tyemporary too :)
It seems the mouth is not really cool ... I will modify it today

The model seems sound enough - i can't really see your refs to know if its an accurate representation of the person you are modelling, but the mesh looks fine. You mentioned before that the texture was temporary so I won't comment on that weird phasing effect you've got with the earrings.

Looks great I especially like the ears. It does have something alienlike though and I think that's due to the forehead and the nostrills. There were the eyebrows are is mostly a bit extruded. The forehead goes back a bit then and even though (fore)heads seem round they hardly ever are. They could have a bit of a V shape or abit of a sqaue buldge. Your forehead (the one of your character I mean of course) is an almost perfect sphere and goes almost up straight from the eyebrowsection.
The nostrills simply look odd, too low for a human being. Nostrills normally don't go below the bit between them.
That all being said, for six hours of work I find it quite remarkable, well done.

Yep seems we have the same ref :) Fineart ? this is a really cool source of inspiration but if you want to model correctly a head, you need to see it I think, that's why I'm not happy with the female head I made and that's why I took photos myself to have better refs ... maybe it will be more accurate with that mean  we will see in the future of this thread ...
