I created a Cg scene of a shopping centre and put the focus of the image on the little girl, she seems as if she is in her own little world. I added the 2d graphics to help create a sense of movement to the image.

Your idea of the swirling lines is great. One of them goes outside the frame of the picture. I would have all of them that stop at the frame go out like the one. This adds to the freedom, innocense and charm of what the little girl is doing and thinking.

Very nice and fits the idea of the contest.
