View Full Version : Objects disappear in dynamics symulation

Ok, this is weird. I have a simple scene with a few polygon objects falling with a gravity field. Everything was ok with the scene when I saved it the other day. Now, when I open the scene, presto! No more polygons in the scene :annoyed: Does anybody know about this problem???

Are the polygons just not visable in the viewports or are they also missing from the Outliner?

The objects are still in the outliner... Well where's my scene, hope somebody can help!

Well, I've taken a look at your scene but I couldn't find what the problem is. Some things I found though were:

*You've got tons of history on most of your object

*Lots of empty group/tranform nodes

*The normals on the letter R are reversed which gave me an error

*When opening the scene I got about 5 errors saying:

"The rigid body could not be created because the selected shape contains polygons which do not have unique vertices"

And it suggests using polygon tools to determine bad mesh...

In all honesty I think you might just have to start again. And try deleting history, curves and empty transforms as you go. :surprised
