maybe this isn't the spot for criticism, but I thought your reel lacked a little in substance. If your trying to get a job for modeling, or even texturing, your going to have to show employers that you can repeat your process, and not just got lucky a couple of times. I would say focus on making 5 to 10 quality characters as good as your first, (if you want to do character modeling) or more arcitectual stuff if that's your bag, baby. And, if you really want to get in as a texture guy, you're gonna need alot more on your reel besides just one character. Maybe you could show the female textured in several different ways. That would cut down on time modeling new characters. Overall, I'd say you've got a great start, but you just need more. Good luck.

3d42dustin: Cool man, which term are you in? Is Jay still there? Tell him I said whassup if he is. Anyway, it's nice to see more 3d vfs people on here. good luck.

halifax: Thanks for the tips. I'm definately working hard on getting more models on my reel. I'm still puting bits and pieces to it. But I totally agree, it needs more. For the set, there's actually a bit more to what you can see in the reel. I hope to get that up soon. Thanks again.

Invader Zim: sup? I'm not exactly sure how long it took me to model the girl. I think I re-modelled her a couple times because of different things, and because she's actually the first model that I really worked hard on. But for my set, I pretty much finished modelling and texturing in about a week?
