This is my first post here at cgtalk. I am very excited to see this place, as I see it is very busy and it offers a lot to cg artists. I look forward to having a great relationship with this forum.

Good work. I think your lip synch is pretty tight but your body language is kind of lacking. It needs more exaggeration. Push it that extra bit further and it will make all the difference. Also your fingers/hands look a little rigid. They either need more movement or at the very least placed in more relaxed positions. Other than that, great job. I love the concept.:)

The short was pretty good. The lipsync could have been better in some spots. As far as the character animation goes... it needs more work. Mickael Comet has some great tutorials on his web page. Here is a link to my thread about animation and maybe some of these tutorials can help.

I'm not trying to put you down or anything but you do have a great start! Work with what you have and add some more dynamic movement to your characters. You need more strong poses to complement your dialogue.
A good example of animation and posing is shown on a current Cgtalk thread… it is
