I think this glow on the left side doesn't help your work, to much bright parts - u should focus brightness on the center of image, that is just what I think:D

I'm sorry, but truthfully I don't have a clue what's going on here :\
Is the woman controlling that machine? Has she been kidnapped by it? What is the machine? Since so much of it is cropped out and the rest is obscured by that glowing, it just comes off as a hulking mass of Mechano-Stuff. Good-looking mechano-stuff, don't get me wrong, but mechano-stuff nonetheless.
I think this image would work twice as well if you pulled the camera back further to be able to see what's going on, and if you played with the posing to get a more legible silhouette. If she's meant to be controlling the device then you could aim her more toward the camera and show her gesturing in the direction of the device's action. If she's being menaced by them, then you could aim her (or at least her head/shoulders) toward the camera and have her struggling or cowering. I love a profile as much as the next guy, but it's hard to get much emotional resonance out of it since she's blocking out the viewer.
Also, I wouldn't mind seeing the glowing at the top of the frame removed. The glow at the bottom makes sense due to the sunset/explosion, but I don't really know where the overhead-glow is coming from. All it's doing is blinding the viewer to all that work you put into the machinery, and that's a real shame.
The image and the colors have a great feel overall; you're sure on the right track with this! Keep it up!

In my not too experienced opnion that jpg in the BG is not ok. Itīs like saying to everybody that you donīt mind the BG, but the Bg is still there, and could be a lot better than just a photo:sad:. the model itīs ok but again, like in your other picture, its impossible to understand it.
