View Full Version : Inspirations for environment art?
Grifter730 06-05-2008, 08:11 PM Hey guys, I've been looking for hours to find some of the best environment designs that I could find for inspiration. I looked through the Expose books and various other books, and went through numerous threads online, but most of the things that I find were (fabulous) images of monsters and characters. There were very few environment art.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

you could also check out Mark Goerner, James Clyne, Dylan Cole, Ryan Church, and Dusso (all through their websites or through the Gnomon Workshop).
Also looking back at master landscape painters such as Albert Bierdstadt - amazing.
Go to www.artrenewel.org to see some amazing landscape artists - excellent for research and inspiration.
Good luck. :D
