EXCELLENT!
Is that DPIT smoke Im seeing throughout? Really well done.
Can you talk about the production process at all? Is it all AR or is that VRAY? Whats your compositing pipeline like? Much of it seems on par with Zoic--especially the macro shots.

i'll answer questions in this thread and not in the c4d forum, hope it's ok with you:

first of all thanks!! glad you like it!

we tried to use DPIT's fluids but in the end it was done by a very talented freelancer
with fumefx. (it was for a tv show so we needed results very fast.. some tough
deadlines there)

all renderings are done with AR in seperate passes (most of the time just beauty,
AO, depth, reflection and rgb id mattes) and compositing was done in aftereffects
(CS2 and now it's CS3)

thanks for the zoic compliment! - some nice motivation. although i honestly don't
think we're quite there yet ;)

most of the work in the reel is for a series called 'postmortem' (a german version of csi)

As I said already in the german c4d forum: It is really a great work, great vfx shots and a very good compositing. I'm really lokking forward to seeing the matchmove respectively the tracking reel (as I'm very interested in tracking) !!
