A corporate office building. A formal rendering was never completed for this client. Clean simplistic renderings are a favorite of mine but are typically not requested by most clients.

This was not the completed rendering. The Completed rendering had approx 8 trees and a few extra people at the base of the building. I personally like the minimalistic approach, so I removed the trees extras people for my own portfolio. This look rarely works for the client.
