Sorry to bother you guys but it's a minor question and it's doing my head in.. I don't even know the keywords to search for this problem.. And piles and meters of text make me feel as if my nerves are going to explode.. So once again I come to you guys to enlighten me from another problem..

I'm doing mechanical animation this time.. where I've got a robot that has some thick wires instead of metal bones..
If you look at the picture.. you can clearly see two boxes.. and the large string with joints and an ik handle.. If i point constraint the right box to the ik handle.. It pretty much is perfect.. I can move the box and the string moves with it.. But I want to be able to do the same with the other box.. and to have the same effect on his side of the string..
so for an example.. if i'd wrap a string around my two hands.. i'd want to be able to move it with both my left hand and my right hand..
that's basically what i want to do here with these two boxes..
