I want to ease in and out a Camera animation in AE.
As well Whats the best way to animate it use orientation or point of interest

For the record: They do not function any different from Beziers in other programs. The only real caveat is that it provides separate access to the speed graph, which in other programs simply is assumed to be the result of the geometric interpolation operations and/ or channel range interpolations. If you compare e.g. e speed plot in Lightwave to the speed graph in AE, it will not look different in mathematical terms. The rest is very much a matter of preference. Personally I can work with both camera types, but often a "free" camera without a POI will be easier to control and look more natural. Still, ultimately it's just a matter of animating the correct properties... Neither method is superior to the other.
