Does anyone know how to achieve this particular reflective effect on the street, how it appears "wet":

I'm using max 5.0 and I've already sampled with the the Blinn basic parameters, high specular level and glossiness made the street looked "chrome" instead of wet, while a raytraced-reflective surface (with or without deformers) made it look like nothing more than a piece of mirror on the ground.
I still haven't found any helpful tutorials in creating a "wet" surface like this yet, any help would be tremendously appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
