Gary M. Davis book The Focal Easy Guide to Combustion (http://www.amazon.com/Focal-Easy-Guide-Combustion-Professionals/dp/0240520106/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1212522640&sr=8-1) and Ken LaRue's The Street Productions (http://www.thestreetproductions.com/training.html) DVD collection are really the best material out there for commercial Combustion training material. Ken has also posted some free tutorials and tips, here (http://www.thestreetproductions.com/tips.html).
