How to represent calculus data in Maya

I need to represent a real calculus data in Maya (I'm thinking in particles, RealFlow, etc..).

These data came from software like Ensight (.case) and Covise.

Anyone knows how can I read these data files, or some technique to represent in 3d, these files??
