basically .. ive seen loads of people do it .. and they prob all ripped it from www.2advanced.com ... but im new to flash and i wanna know that every time when u click on a button from the menu .. after the new page bit loads up .. straight away on ure left hand side theres this really cool movement where more text and that appears.. i think theyre using either masks or shape tweens.. but i dont know how to do it and was wondering if someone can explain how it can be done .. thanks

its hard to say what they used exactly, i'm sure you could get pretty close with a combination of masks and tweens without too much effort. btw, if you like the 2advanced style, check out http://www.gmunk.com/ .. they say this is where the new internet style originated, even pre 2A.. its alwasy changing and its a little abstract but check it out.

he means the animation on the left hand side
try clicking say, services, and that animation shape transform appears and then it loads the text on screen
