Spanish art "Hello sun"

I like the image, can´t understand why a teddy bear is walking with its offspring by a boulevard, makes me think.
By the lighting i suppose it´s dawn ("hello sun" was a clue too), and I know it´s not painted in a realistic style, but for really a sunny day in the beach feeling like we have always in our beloved country, try with white/yellow/orange illuminated areas, blue sky and hard and cold shadows. A good example are Sorolla´s paintings

wow, nothing but wow. this pic has energy like the song smells like teen spirit , you know, never sounds (->looks) boring.
