is possible to convert a spline in a surface, and still, maintain the smothness of the surface...????
i mean, to use the splines, for modeling, while watching the surface????
Cause i have converted some splines into patch, but after this, it becomes in straigth line...
i want to maintain the splines.... is this possible?

Once you create a patch with splines, you are not interacting with the splines anymore. So, no, you can't change the splines and see it update the patch, interactively.
Only by modeling in subdivision mode will you be able to see your smooth curves reshape while you manipulate the points.

I would take a look at the spline tutorial on my website.
I find that splines work best for laying out a basic polygon cage and then convert that to Subpatches.

patches, subpatches... I think these terms were being used interchangeably. You said, yourself, that you converted your splines to patches.
You cannot have the splines that created the patches or subpatches affect them once you use the patch command.
All you can do is remake the patch after adjusting the splines.
