I think her mouth needs a little more defenition (i.e. the teeth need a little more work and the lips need to be defined). Otherwise other then that it's really good.

Great eyes!
But the teeth are freaking me out to.

Thanks for all your reply.
It was my failure that looked girl's teeth like the decayed tooth. It is because materials of teeth replace the material of the hair:eek: I corrected it to an original material.
Her teeth became healthy:)

I think the "freakiness" of the teeth has more to do with the fact that they don't go all the way to the corners of the mouth than with the material. Also the dark brown by the outer corners of her eyes looks off to me, maby lighten it or get rid of it? The material change between the face and the doll limbs I find distracting, although the way you have it is probably more realistic, you might want to try making the body the same shade and spec as the face. I like the dress, and the iris texture, maby you could tell us how you made it?

Don

enough about the teeth, just make the corners NOT so sharp, but keep the size, don't go all the way, it's a NICE UNIQUE STYLE
finally someone does something that doesn't look like your TYPICAL 90 POUND, 6 Foot, female, with DD (cupsize), wearing nothing but a thong and a see through top, holding a handgun in one hand, and a sword/axe in the other, COMON PEOPLE, this piece looks VERY NICE, don't listen to them

I am slightly confused by your post. and although I aggree with parts of it I find the last bit slightly offensive specificaly "don't listen to them", I mean who is to say your opinon is any more valid than ours? Also I can't look at any post here withough the poster listing a quality they like in the image, maby you would have the creator not listening to those comments as well?
I stand by my critique,
Don
i dont know if this is the place for it, but i do want to reply to don's confusion with windex's comment
as a woman who frequents cgtalk i get a little tired of the way females are sometimes presented, but then, its like that everywhere - what i have found to be the most helpful is to focus on what interests and intrigues me and on occasion, to gently suggest that say, women in the french resistance werent all 36 DD and prolly wore comfortable clothes ect...
that is, i agree with windex, its nice work!

I think it looks great. I think the join between the hair and the forehead could use a little work. I actually like the way the teeth dont quite fit in the mouth, gives it character :)

that's so true! it's all cars, spaceships, big breasted woman and men with guns! ;) It's nice to see something a little different :D

nice job i like the arms and the face...creep cute like.
but wat happened to the head?
it doesn't seem to match the same color as the rest of the body.
it looks like a gaint hot spot from the light.
but good work...keep it up :)

I am sorry for the confusion but that is part of windex's post that I aggree with. The only part of windex's post I dissagree with is the "don't listen to them" part. I think that that comment stifles what I believe to be the point of this forum, to bring together many points of view from many different sources and receive critique's from those sources.
again sorry for the confusion, and sorry for carrying this on in this thread.

Somthing I thought about directly when I saw the pic, I was happy to see that I wasn't the only one who felt it looked kinda wierd. Like the scene, cute!
