Always loved this character from 2000AD comic. Thought I'd bite the bullet and actually post something.!
I tried to capture the almost un-blinking rage that's going to consume him (and probably you) in seconds. Mainly hard-round brush with the dab type set to opacity in brush controls.
Done over a weekend in Photoshop with a light sprinkling of Painter here and there.
