View Full Version : Image Sequence , Batch Render Black ?

hello

I'v used an image sequence on a several planes in Maya 2008 .
the first frame it's o.k .. but the frame next to current frame i get a black plate in batch rendering..

i 'd checked every single sequence , all are fine... the name space is correct as well...
actually it seems fine in playblast but in render time i get this mess.....

is there any way to fix this issue ?

Well, it could be a number of things. Can we see some images to maybe get a better idea of what is going wrong?

these are the imgaes

the first frame... as you can see it's fine..
but the very next frame is black... while batch rendering..

it could still be a name thing
maya is very picky on how sequences are named.

they need to go like this

name.####.ext

antythng different and maya wont play through the sequence.

actually the name spacing is exactly like

name.####.ext

i'v checked it several times.
