What is Surface Shader ?
Please Explain in detail.

I don't want to be rude, but google covers a lot of what you're asking.

A surface shader is a shader that does not have lighting computed on it. No diffuse, spec, nada. For example, if you were to map a picture (jpg, etc) to the Out Color of a surface shader, it would show just that, similar to mapping that pic to the incandesence or ambient color of a blinn with no diffuse or spec.

That may be what a Surface Shader is in Maya, but in other renderers a surface shader generally refers to any shader that's applied to a surface, as opposed to a light or volume shader.
