for some reason I cannot do a bend or any other deformation except twist.i can enter the number in manually and do it that way but i like to be able to drag the little blue dots.i know theres gotta be some stupid little setting or something that im overlooking.i'm just trying to get the tool to work right now so im only trying to bend a cone.i have enough subdivision height.i have the manipulator tool selected and the blue dots show up but when i drag nothing happens.getting frustrated.thanks for any help.

i had this problem with the wire tool... try setting the falloff to a higher value (if there is one) in the attributes for the deformer
