Mentalray for (in) maya sounds interesting.

I know there are books about mentalray, but have not purchased any yet.

I was going to, but I read a comment somewhere that one of the books weren't much better that the mentalray-manual in maya.

So now I wonder, would anyone please enlighten me about any "decent" books about mental ray?

I think its volume 2

Its very technical but it should give you a fare understanding.
Also checkout MentalRay notes supplied with Maya
