If you had two exact meshes unwrapped placed in the uvw blue box is their a way to automatically overlap the two objects instead of manually lining them up. Thanks

Sorry, the first screen shot is of six of the same meshes overlapping each other and as you can see from the second picture they don't perfectly overlap each other even though they are the same part of the mesh. I've tried to copy and paste the objects on top of each other but they seem to get a weird distortion with the checker map applied.

Could you use the copy and paste UV function inside the UVWUnwrap modifier to copy the map channel from 1 object and paste it into the other 5?
