Hey Everyone,

I was in the middle of weight painting and decided to uv map & texture before finishing weight painting. When I was finished uv mapping and texturing, I moved the animation timeline around and noticed the textures began to move. I checked the U.V map and found it moves around. Whats causing this and how can I fix this? Do I have to texture and then weight paint all over again? Thanks for reading this.

Might be fixed through order of inputs.

Right click on geometry, go to inputs>all inputs and rearrange the UV projection input to happen before the skinning input by clicking and holding the middle mouse button over the input to drag it up or down in the list.

You should be UV mapping before weight painting, as that will give your weight maps an easier time when going from a lo-res to a high-res model.

I do find it strange that the actual UVs would be moving, if what d-brooks suggested isn't working, then I would next try to check the inputs under the UV node and see if it is somehow connected to any of the joints (whether through a bindpose or skin cluster or some other means).
