ive only been using Iff an illustrator files no photoshop files an im jus gettin a pop up thats says can not photoshop file out of no where

Please tell us what you are doing exactly. It's impossible to gather any information from your text fragments. IFF files can contain extra data as Illustrator files can contain bitmap elements. They both may initialize the respective routines in the file loaders/ savers and trigger the error.

all im am doing is making some small videos in the ae file i have mepegs, illustrator files and maya iff files. from what i can see converting the iffs to quick times seem to resolve the issue. i try to make as much of the art work in AE as possible but converting the iffs to quick times seems to work i tried that secret pruge but that was a no go.
