Hi tumbi.

the bottom view (as well as back, left/right) does not have their own window, you have to change one of the excisting views. To do that, go to one of the views, ie. top view and click on View > Predefined Bookmarks > Bottom.
And voila, you got the bottom view there.

flipCamera.mel
i have it on a shelf button
it flips to the opposite of the current view
top-->FLIP-->bottom
quick and clever.
