Hey guys,
I got a scene with about 9 dino's running on a field. The dino, floor and the rocks are all model in maya. I will probably use a matte painting for the far background. At the moment Im wondering what is the best way to blur the running of the dinosaur? At the moment it looks a bit too crisp and I want to blur it and add dust in the air. What would be the best approach in making this scene more belieable?
At the moment, Im thinking about doing 2 batch renders. 1 batch render for the entire scene to happen( with all the elements), and then the 2nd scene would just be the dino's alone with no background elements. So when I put it in AE, I can put the dino without the background on the top of all the layer and blur the 2nd batch.
Would this be a good approach? and later add a layer in between and on top with a few dust from Photoshop?
