All Zbrush.
Finally took my new graphire for run. The alien torso, grass, and rocks are poly objects. The ground is a single poly plain deformed by ZB 2.5D tools. No textures, save a random green image for the grass coloration. All ZB paint and materials.
Some crits and comments please?

The lightning in the second image makes it more alive, very good.

Good choice on a lighting change.
Rotate your second clumb of grass at the bottom. I can see that they are identical currently.

Vanilla - It is an Alien artifact...lol.

Krets - The grass is made from a poly object of a few blades in a cluster. This cluster was then used to make the clump of graas at the top. The bottom and side clusters are other random placements of this object. I have no doubt that you see relations but nothing is identical save that cluster of ten grass blades. :beer: ;)

Will be adding tools tonight. The brush will use the same technique as the grass save not as random.

Here is a test. Made a brush in Z with ZSpheres. One zif to make a bristle unit which was then combined with about 12 others. the handle was a single zif. Guess you could say it IS a ZBrush. *cringes at bad pun*

This will be laying on the artifact...along with some other tools. Will dirty them up after placement.

I think this looks better. even though gold is cool, this alien metal looking this is a bit more dynamic. Also, I think I am going to stop fiddling with the render.

Here is another tweek to the lighting.
Material tweeks as well. I also added some eyes to the artifact. Feels complete now. The bug was just for fun and to see how this mode will look in this lighting. It too is all ZBrush Zspheres.
It eas actuall based on a grasshopper evolution (hence the 6 legs).
