Looking good so far, but what's with the minigun?

Agreed. The mini machine gun looks incongruous with the rest of the sketch.

I'm not sure if that minigun is normally a part of the iron man suit or not, but it certainly doesn't fit there -- first of all, it is a completely impractical position for aiming and balance. And secondly, the scale is wayyyy off. You can't just take a 6 foot gun and downsize it to 1.5" without people noticing!

Anyway, if you want to have a minigun I think it would be cooler like this:
