Pretty neat little scene. To see things better might change the coloring to contrast or "pop" the building away from the background water. The water is sorta muddy looking, but its a cool place to start from.

I think there needs to be a tad more light in the scene to see more of the detail. And whatever that is in the top left corner catches your eye, Im not sure if it is part of the water or what. But i recoment moving the camera angle a tad so you do not see that... hope I helped :]

Tweaked the water and lightning. It only looks like a moring sene now was suppost to be crepy and dark

I'd say you need to work on the geometry a fair bit more. As it stands, it all looks too geometrically perfect - try breaking up the silhouette, so that there aren't as many obvious straight lines and it'll really start coming together....
