I am about 10 hours into a game model, and I would like some criticism before I push on. My budget is 2500 triangles. Without the hands and hair the model weighs in at 1936. The anatomy is not quite human, so the feet do make sense the way they are.

Have at me.

Thanks,

I have attached the hands and changed the proportions a bit. Turned out to be a little heavier than my budget, but there is much room for clean up in the face mesh.

I need to do that before I add the hair. I also will add garmants that will allow me to reduce the count by deleting faces.

Most low res meshes today do incorporate all 5 fingers... I think. Or they atleast try and show it better using textures. The way you have it isn't too conventional, I don't think. Looking good though. Keep it up!

I keep tweaking, I have sliced off a good number of triangles and now I am at 2598. I am going to clean the hands up a bit, and when I ad the garments, I should be able to dispense some geometry.
