I modeled the main structure of the room in AutoCad and then modeled all the seats and bits inside in max. I then rendered in Vray, and Just tweaked it in Photoshop. Even though I have not applied caustics the pool takes ages to render. i increased definition on the stones and the planters by using vray dirtmap as a separate pass and applying it in Photoshop.
