can anyone help me with a logo design using photoshop???

i'm new to 2Ds, i have basic knowledge of photoshop

any recommended tutorials or methods?

It really depends on the look you're after. Often people start with the text tool, then add layer effects like emboss, drop shadow...etc. And of course you can do it all by hand for a more original look.
