I prefer your realistic stuff a lot more. Your first image is excellent. My only critique is that the facial features are at a slightly different angle to what they should be, looking at the angle of the head. I think to really demonstrate this, a paint over is required, but I doubt my own abilities to be able to illustrate what I mean. I just know it looks wrong. :)

Very Nice!
You got talent there mate...
Greenham means that the eyes are not sitting at the same line... the eye on our left sitting higher up. But accoording to the ears the lower one could use some pushing up.
On the other hand... my eyes are also not exactly lined up perfectly so it might be just a little exaggerated.
The realistic stuff is indeed great, but the stylized faces are nice too... only they feel a lot quicker made... try to keep the same patience and detail in your stylized work, that you use in the realistic drawings and those will turn out very good too.
As a final question do you use an underlying linework to line up nose, eyes, ears, and chin? I'm not sure since they do wobble a tiny bit compared to all the drawings... Try to build your image with lines that give direction and size if the answer is no, if yes... try to pay a little more attention to these lines.
Looking forward to more!

Yep, that sums it up pretty well.
