Hi,
In XSI, there is a surface property called glossiness... or something like that I can't quite remember... Anyway, it a component of reflection and it basically defuses or sharpens a reflection. Not just a simple blue, this on actually causes MR to send out multiple rays in a tighter or wider pattern so that Objects that are close are reflected normally but objects that are farther away become more diffused and blurred. Does this make sense?
Anyway, I was wondering if there is a way to do this in MR for Maya?
