You can use the Layer Shader which gives you a multitude of transfer modes including multiply. But there is no multiply if you're stacking materials rather than using a single material.

Also any material that uses transparency only will react in a similar fashion (however be aware that unless it's single sided/polygon then it will be doubling the effect due to the two sides of the mesh).
