CGTalk - Is it just me?

I blue in photoshop looks more purple, and if you open the image in another program then it looks like normal blue. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed this too?

I'm guessing this depends on what color profile is set in photoshop.
What color profile are you working in ?
These can have dramatic change in certain color values.
