View Full Version : BRDF Curve function for Maya

Does anyone have any reference material on using the BRDF curve funtion for the MIA Material in Mental Ray for Maya?

I know what the BRDF is, and I have various charts of the curve for different materials, but I just can't figure out how the apply it to the shader. The curve function seems to want a number, and I not sure how to figure this number out, or if I have supposed to map this with a file or ramp.

Any help please?
