Thanks!
do you mean the actual lights?, i'm not sure what you mean by "defense", there is a bit that crosses over the door which might look a bit irregular.
here's some pics of the real car....

Coming along nice so far..some other things I've noticed tho:
It looks like the 'leading edge' is way too sharp and also I think the irregular area he's referring to is by the turn signals in front of the wheelwells above the intakes. I know there's a 'double edge' effect that goes on there on the real car, but you seem to have some direction changes and small scale issues, it's too razor-edged. The position and flow of the airscoops on top near the rollbar-mounds seems wrong (they 'pinch' harshly into the door and body), and there are some other parts that don't seem to flow quite right (the small air vents in front of the wheelwells should be round, not square, the bodylines at the front of the doors, etc.). Are you modeling from blueprints or just eyeballing it based on the reference pics?
Anyway I know it's an early WIP and you're just getting rolling on it, you're off to a great start, but some small things that can add up if you don't pay careful attention to it, and end up with a lot of more difficult fixing on the back end.
Hope this was helpful..keep em coming..

Hi,
thanks for that, i am working from blueprints but it is hard to get the right amount of curve on things.
i'll go and start correcting it now

Nice start! I like the surface attributes.... can you give my some tips how to create it? I'd really apreciate it, for my car, a Lancia LC2..... I have no clue how to obtain something like that....
BTW i use LW too!! :bounce:
