When bringing a RPF/RLA image sequence with assigned object ID's from Max to Combustion, Is there an operator to make particles track to that ID.

not off hand that I know of, although you could make a selection using the object ID, use the colour corrector to push the colour of the material through the roof & then track the particles to that (using the tracker) then just turn off the colour corrector.
