3 complaints.
a)He's very poppy in his approach to the outhouse. May be a bit too fast.
b)Once he gets behind the sign you have totally lost his sense of urgency. Keep up the pace.
C)I think you really need to rethink your last pose. He needs to show how relieved he is. Relax him into that "I'm having the worlds greatest pee" pose. Don't have him look at the cam that's just plain lame.
Anyway's your animation rocks. Love the style. Very, very nice.
Most definetly agree with the 'big cheese' but i do recognise the technical difficulties with a chacter such as this...

Very funny, I agree with the comment about the urgency in the end.
Day of the Tentacle was the first computer game I had ever played....wow brings back memories *wonder where that game dissapeared to*

yeeeeeeeah, great animation. And nice critiques too, I think Andrew's right.
I atually think he loses his urgency before getting to the sign. There's a notable difference between the way he runs (great animation there by the way, cousin), and the way he's walking towards the sign, where he doesn't seem to be having the world's gretest pee anymore. He's not suppossed to relax, (after knocking the door I mean) even though the leg shaking you've added really helps us keep thinking he's in trouble.
Maybe a unexpected ending would have been even funnier, like he couldn't get to pee for some other weird reason.
 :applause:
