View Full Version : So I can't see images or movies in the persp viewport??

I have a scene in my hand that I have to roto from some material given to me and when I went into view port configuration of the camera I saw that the image loading option was all grayed out... Then from what I read in the manual, you can only load backdrops into isometric views??? Is this true or am I missing something?

And another thing that's driving me nuts... I just can't seem to adjust the timing on image sequences and/or movies I load into cinema... I hit the calculate button first as it says to do so in the manual and set the mode to simple and timing to range, and adjust the start and end frames and all I get is frame 01 all over, no movie playing in the view port whatsoever...

Any help wildly appreciated...

Ok, I seem to have understood what's wrong but just couldn't understand why it's doing what it's doing... Cinema does what it's sipposed to with the timing correctly, but I can't see any animation in viewport. This I realized when I hit the reload image button and the correct frame of the movie was displayed, but just won't play... What gives? I'm trying to play an H264 quictime movie btw...

Sorry, I forgot to check the 'Animate Preview' option... But now I have another problem, Whay can't I see the texture on the background objects material in the viewport when I can see everything else's textures?
