Title: Egalitaria - Soldier Texture Job
Name: Andy Lewis
Country: USA
Software: 3ds max, Photoshop, VRay
Here's a final posed shot of the soldier for our animated trailers entitled 'Egalitaria'. The backpack he is carrying is actually a set of mech arms, but due to deadlines, they never got rigged! This soldier has some displacement going on... pretty much anywhere you see bolts and vents. I guess that was more for fun than anything, because we always had to turn off the displacement whenever we wanted him animated for quicker rendertimes.
Credits:
I did the texture job (diffuse, spec, bump, displace, AO, lightmaps).
Matt Lefferts: Modeling
Nathan Rusch: UV Unwrapping
Clayton Tye: Concept sketch
Kevin Allen: Rigging
