is there any script or plugin to convert triangles to quads?
something like quadrangulate function in maya maybe.

Look up Auto-Edge in the help. If you have an Editable Mesh object, you can use this to set certain edges as invisible. These will be ignored when converted to Editable Poly, giving you quads/polygons instead of all triangles.

posm the AutoEdge technics is good but not precise 100%
Joe my friend:) thank you but please explain me more of this method.I play with the functions of meshsmooth but nothing happens.Btw i don't need to smooth the object.The object is lowpoly exported as .obj format from maya.

I think when 3ds max reads OBJ files it sees them as all tris.
To get an all-tri mesh into the best-looking quads, you're going to have to do it manually. Make sure it is Editable Poly, then go into SubObject-Edge, then select the quad-interior edges and use the Remove function.
