Title: miss
Name: Yangtian Li
Country: Australia
Software: Photoshop
this picture is made for one of my subjects, which is an exercise of drawing inspired by music lyric. The lyric is about the girl and the boy love each other but never speak that out. So this image is the girl looking at her necklace which has the boy's picture inside it. (I know this is very old fashioned, haha, but I still think it's somewhat romantic)
Anyway, made by Photoshop and personal reference is used.
I hope you like her and any comment is extremely welcome!

I would say this is a good start. Needs a lot of work however. The lighting especially, there is a big lack of shadows, highlights, appropriate color, etc.
Keep at it..

Thx very much for your comment! As you said, I'm at the starting point of this...Learning on my own is a bit tough but I'll work hard!

This is a great start, esp the skin tones. I've also picked up digital painting last year and self learnt on my own, it's not easy but I had some kinda drive/goal to push myself to learn more and be better.
And wanna say that the hair is well done as well, perhaps it need some more highlights. But from the hues I can feel its softness.
I wish the both of us goodluck in mastering digital painting ^^
