View Full Version : Question for Architectural Fly Through Animation

For my animations, I set 30 frames per second.

At school when I was studying character animation, I was always told not to have
the camers move slow because the viewer will get bored.. (not even sure if thats true..)
but I tend to follow that philosophy.

However, every time I show a 1st draft to my clients and peers, they always say
the camera moves too fast

So I've slowed down the camera to almost to the point where I personally get bored and want to look at something else, but that's the only time the clients and my peers approve :hmm:

My question is, how slow (fast?) do you guys make the cameras?

I know for architectural, you want the client to be able to see the elements and feel like they are actually in the area.. but yeah, how do you guys do the camera movements?

Thanks!!
